I think ramen makes a very good late night meal. This plece "Hakata Tenjin" is my one of my favorite ramen chain. For 500 yen (about US$4.50), you can get hot bowl of Tonkotsu Ramen. You can ask the cook to cook noodle soft or hard. Car Wash in Japan

Unlike car wash in the US, Japanese car wash are usually at the gas station and is operated by the attendant. Yiu and your passenegers wait in the waiting area with free coffee and candy.

Unique Cars in Japan

There are many Japanese cars that is not avaiable in the rest of the world, specially in the US. If you wanted to imprt them to the US, you are not allowed to do so unless car is over 25 years old. One of the most popular cars that people now starting to import from Japan is NISSAN GT-R 1992 or older.

Cha / Ocha / Tea / 茶

All teas came from China. 茶 is the kanji word for "Cha" or Tea. If you want a tea, you say "Ocha o Kudasai." Water is 水 mizu. If you want a whter, you can say "Omizu o Kudasai." What is O before Cha and Mizu? By having O, you are more polite. You never say "Cha o Kudasai." Although, you can say "Mizu o Kudasai."...
